HISTORY

A true tropical oasis, this place we call home was once a sprawling 15-acre pineapple plantation owned by our namesake, Captain Ben Baker. A golden beacon of hospitality and warmth, Baker’s Cay continues to pay homage to the bold history of Key Largo and the daring spirit of its settlers.
