Conservation at the Cay
Our focus began with the use of sustainable and locally sourced materials in the resort’s design and continues today with evolving efforts to limit and reduce waste, onsite education programs, partnerships with vendors focused on conservation and upcycling, and a mission to use responsibly grown, caught, and raised ingredients from local producers whenever possible.
